Payment Methods

Blingblingsabaya offers different types of payment methods.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is needed to retain an item for a customer who places an order but would want to view it in person before completing the payment. Items only with deposit are considered sold to the buyer. No deposit means no confirmation of purchase.

Blingblingsabaya reserves the right to terminate the transaction without prior notification if no payment is received within 24 hours upon purchase and we don't HOLD items for any reason. Once cancelled, items will instantly be put back up for sale on the website.

This policy is applicable to all process or types of payment.

Card Payment

Blingblingsabaya accepts Visa and Mastercard via online and onsite payment.

Cash On Delivery

Cash on Delivery is permitted for Orders of up to 3500 AED only. This payment is applicable for UAE clients only.

Pay On Location

Blingblingsabaya accepts payment of cash, visa, mastercard and tabby during the collection of the item.

Blingblingsabaya Easy Installment Plan

Blingblingsabaya Easy Installment Plan is an installment payment provided by Blingblingsabaya where you can pay your purchase in installment from 3x up to 10x with no extra charges and 0% Interest.

When making the first checkout, you must pay at least 10% + VAT (5%) of the item cost (minimum). The remaining sum should be split equally across the predetermined number of months for payment.

Item will be released once the client meets or settle the half of the payment and had completed and reached the below requirements:

• Copy of EID / PASSPORT
• Monthly Post-dated Cheques  - that will serve as a security deposit 
• Must be EMIRATI NATIONAL
  

CHEQUE AS A SECURITY CLAUSE - Easy Installment and Reserve Layaway

Security Cheques:  As part of the Easy Installment or layaway agreement, the client may issue one or more post-dated cheques covering the remaining balance or entire amount of the purchases

Purpose of Cheques: These cheques are accepted strictly as a form of security to guarantee the client's commitment to completing the payment under the agreed terms and schedule.

Non-Deposit Condition: The cheques  will not be deposited as long as the client fulfills their payment obligations according to the agreed-upon layaway plan.

Deposit Upon Default: In the event the client  fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date or otherwise defaults on the agreement, the company reserves the right to  deposit the security cheque(s) without further notice, to recover the outstanding amount.

Client Acknowledgement : By signing the agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees that the cheques may be used to settle any unpaid balance in case of non-payment or breach of this agreement.

Tabby

TABBY is a payment option that lets you divide the total cost of your purchase into four equal payments at no interest or fees. Transaction amounts are subject to Tabby's approval and are limited to 30,000 AED. This payment is available online and onsite. No Cancellation Policy!

Reserve Layaway

Overview: A layaway plan allows customers to reserve an item with BLINGBLINGSABAYA (BBS) until the full payment is completed. Upon full payment, the item will be shipped to you.

Layaway Terms:

• BBS offers a layaway plan with no interest for a period of 3 to 10 months, applicable to any item, regardless of its value.

• When placing an item on layaway, a minimum deposit of 10% of the item price + VAT (5%) is required.

• The remaining balance will be split into equal monthly payments over the agreed-upon term.

• Layaway plans can be settled early by paying off the full amount, and the item will be shipped immediately upon final payment.

Layaway Extension:

• If you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled due date, please contact us via email at contact@blingblingsabaya.com, or reach us directly by phone at +97142802313 or WhatsApp at +971505565780.

• We will respond to your extension request within 24 hours.

• Layaway extension is available for a maximum period of 6 months.

• If payment remains unsettled beyond the original month (10 months), a 2% penalty charge will be applied to the outstanding balance on a monthly basis.

• The extension period is limited to 6 months. If payment is not completed within this extended period, the transaction will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued as per company policy.
  
  

Obligation to Continue Payments:

• Early Release Upon 50% Payment (FOR EMIRATI / EXPATRIATES) 
  EMIRATI Customers who choose to pay 50% of the total price in advance are eligible to receive the product prior to completing the full payment terms
  EXPATRIATE Customers who are specifically approved to collect the item after paying 50% of the total price may receive the product before completing the full payment term. This early release is a special privilege and is not available to all clients - subject  for approval.
• Mandatory Continuation of Monthly Installment
  Upon early release of the item, the customer must continue to pay the agreed monthly installments without interruption, regardless of having paid 50% in advance.
• No Payment Deferral Post-Collection
  It is strictly not permitted to pause or defer monthly payments after the item has been collected. Any advance payment made to reach the 50% threshold does not eliminate or delay subsequent monthly payments.
• Policy Update & Enforcement
  This policy supersedes all previous informal agreement, verbak understandings or exceptions. Failure to comply with the installment schedule may result in penalties, service restrictions or legal collection actions and the company discretion.

Non-Payment:

• If the buyer fails to make a payment within 48 hours of the due date, the buyer will be considered in default.

• In the event of default, no refunds will be issued for any payments made, and the buyer will forfeit any rights to the reserved item.

• The item will be reposted and resold on our website.

No Exchange, No Cancellation, No Refunds:

• Items purchased via layaway are final sale. They cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

• In the event of cancellation by the buyer, BLINGBLINGSABAYA reserves the right to resell the item.

Shipping

International Shipment

We ship internationally to the majority of countries. Shipping cost may vary depending on the country of the delivery.

Furthermore, if the item is really large, we might need to ask for an additional delivery charge. In such cases, we might send you an email to inquire if you would still like to place the order even with the higher delivery cost

Local Shipment:

We make every effort to get the product delivered to you as quickly as possible! After you receive your order confirmation email, all orders are handled within 4 hours to 2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays).

Estimates of delivery costs and shipping fees for UAE:

• Dubai — Free Delivery on orders above 1000 AED (excluding COD)
• Other Emirates — 50 AED (all payment options)
  
  

Processing of Shipment:

Shipping will be arranged as soon as possible for international clients upon payment receipt; however, this may require a minimum of 5 to 10 business days. In order to prevent shipping delays, international customers must provide all shipment details, including name, address, and contact information.

All items will be shipped via Fed-ex however this could alter if the customer prefers another courier service. Product value will be declared during the shipping. By declaring low value of the item as agreed to the client, Blingblingsabaya will not be held responsible for any case of damage or lost during of the item during the transit. Time Transit: 3 – 5 Business Days if no customs delay. For customers in the UAE we ship every item with our courier partner either via Fed-ex or Quiqup. Transit Time: 4 hours to 2 Business days.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once you finalized your order, you cannot CANCEL, EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND!

In the event the customer proves the item to be non-authentic as stated in the Authenticity policy you can send an email to contact@blingblingsabaya.com with the supporting documents for requesting return and refund for the item.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may offer re-posting your item in our website for FREE within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchased item.

Shipping Item for Re-posting

1. Pack the return item securely with the original packaging including invoice. Items damage due to improper packaging and customer’s negligence will not be accepted.
2. Make sure to ship your item on a reliable shipping company which offers a tracking number or you can either insure your return item. For non-tracked methods or un-insured shipments, BlingBlingSabaya is not responsible for any damage or loss of the item during shipping.
3. Kindly ensure that the item(s) you are returning for reposting are packed and protected, and that there are no missing "extras" (dustbag, box, lock, etc.). If an item is not in the same condition as when it was initially purchased, Blingblingsabaya will not consider it a "repost item"; rather, it will be regarded as a “consigned item”.
4. Customers must pay the shipping charges of the item for reposting.
5. The security tag must be fully intact.
